Furthermore, the utilization of endodontic microscope, heat-treated rotary instruments and ultrasonic instrumentation, known for their efficiency and reliability, will be explored. The objective is to enhance attendees’ understanding of how integrating contemporary techniques and technologies can optimize endodontic treatment outcomes, improve patient satisfaction, and contribute to overall success in the field.

The Endo-resto Game in the Digital Era. The Future is now

“Good visibility and accessibility are two very important factors in order for a successful outcome of our endodontic treatment.
A proper access cavity preparation therefore is mandatory to achieve those two factors.
Access cavity preparation can be one of the most challenging aspects of endodontic treatment, and is right key to unlock a successful treatment. Incorrect access cavity preparation may lead in difficulty locating or negotiating the root canals, results in missed anatomy, failure to shape and clean shape the root canal system.
Many times, contributes to instrument separation and is one of the major reasons for perforations.
Good access cavity design and preparation is therefore of a highest importance for the quality of our endodontic treatment, the prevention of iatrogenic problems, and thus the prevention of an endodontic failure.”

“Mandibular and maxillary premolars often present to be an enigma to the clinicians on account of their known anatomical variances in terms of root canal morphology and number of root canals. These aberrant anatomies, if unrecognized and left untreated can lead to failure of endodontic treatment. Thorough knowledge of these variations, careful radiographic interpretation, magnification devices, access cavity modifications and detailed exploration of the root canal intricacies are crucial for ensuring success in endodontic procedures.
This case series highlights the successful management of maxillary and mandibular premolars with unusual root canal anatomies.”

“The importance of Examination, Assessment and Diagnosis in the outcome of Endodontic Treatment.
Abstract: The Greek philosopher Aristotle once said “”Well begun is half done””. That is exactly what examination, assessment of signs and symptoms, and diagnosis is for the successful outcome of the Endodontic Treatment.
As health care professionals’ diagnosis is at the heart of our everyday life. For that reason, it is mandatory to get it right because everything that follows is based on correcting the offending tooth and alleviating the symptoms of the patient.
The rationale for conducting a complete Endodontic examination is similar to a physician conducting a complete physical examination. Clinical judgement should be used to determine which patients, and which teeth should receive endodontic treatment.
The lecture will focus on how to obtain proper info history, identifying signs and symptoms through clinical examination, implementing objective testing to reproduce patient’s symptoms, and proper radiographic interpretation prior to recommending or initiating treatment.
Through different clinical cases we will determine level of difficulty, discuss the importance of patient expectations and analyse all the necessary clues in order to execute our Endodontic treatment to a favorable outcome.”

“Endodontic management of a tooth is an interesting and challenging procedure that is partly blinded, and its success depends on individual clinical expertise and skill, as well as the procedural techniques applied.
Tooth anatomy is the map on which every clinician relies upon prior to initiating root canal treatment.
In this lecture we will discuss how to identify the different anatomical variations in the apical part of the roots and how to manage such variations.”
